  • Approve JJ White as Southeastern Men’s and Women’s Lacrosse Regional Supervisor for the 2018-19 academic year
  • Approve Richard Hoffman as the Men’s Lacrosse Regional Supervisor for the 2017-18 academic year
  • Approve the Triad Women’s Lacrosse Association (new local officials association) for the 2018-19 academic year
  • Approve a $25 increase (Varsity Teams) for Regional Supervisors booking fee for the 2018-19 academic year
    • DISCUSSION ITEM:  # of requested changes by member schools and the current change fee(s) structure
  • CMS Proposal :  Adopt ArbiterGame as the scheduling software – requirement of all member schools
  • Regulation 2.4.3 (e) -- Student ejections to carry over from one academic year to the next academic year
  • Add new regulation:  2.4.3 (c) – Players “or coaches” receiving two ejections for unacceptable behavior as defined above will be suspended from all sports for the remainder of that sport season
  • DISCUSSION ITEM:  Example – Rounds 3 & 4 of Softball/Baseball Playoffs – allow extra umpires if schools request/pay (host school).
  • Add term “Zero Tolerance/NCHSAA Sportsmanship initiative”, (Together we make the right call…Sportsmanship) to regulation 2.4.2 (f)
