All NCHSAA football teams remaining in the 2005 football playoffs need to complete the “Team Roster” “Depth Chart” and “Team Information” forms that are listed at the bottom of the “Football” page, under “Select a Sport”. These forms along with “Team Photo” and a copy of “School Mascot” need to be emailed to Quanta` Holden at qholden@email.unc.edu, ASAP.
