LUMBERTON — A high school basketball tournament with a great tradition is scheduled for this week.
The 27th Annual Robeson County Shootout will be played starting Thursday and running through Saturday.
Games for both men’s and women’s teams will be played at the six Robeson County public high schools, including Fairmont, Lumberton, Purnell Swett, Red Springs, South Robeson and St. Pauls. The championship games will be held at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke.
Flora MacDonald Academy of Red Springs and Dillon of Dillon, S.C., will complete the field.
