CARY—John D’Agostin has been named as the women’s basketball coach at Green Hope High School, according to various media reports including HighSchoolOT.com.
D’Agostin has previously been an assistant basketball coach at both Cary and Green Hope. He will take over for Mike Robinson.
The new Green Hope coach began his coaching career in California, working there for more than 10 years. He was an assistant at Green Hope in 2011 and then from 2012 through this year was on the staff at Cary.
The Green Hope team was 11-14 last season and lost in the first round of the North Carolina High School Athletic Association playoffs.
