Mark Dreibelbis, associate commissioner of the North Carolina High School Athletic Association and the NCHSAA supervisor of official, was the subject of a feature article on Sunday in the Raleigh News and Observer.

     Mark was selected as the Tar Heel of the Week and the story highlighted several of the challenges facing high school athletics today.
