Smoky Mountain Baseball Coach Resigns

     SYLVA—Smoky Mountain High School baseball coach Bradley Littrell has resigned, according to a report in the Asheville Citizen-Times.

     Littrell guided his team to a 17-6 mark a year ago and won the Western North Carolina Athletic Conference championship, and in 2013 advanced the whole way to the 2-A Western Regional championship series.

     His record during his four years as head coach of the Mustangs was 58-44.  He is a 2005 Pisgah graduate.
