     RALEIGH—Leesville Road High School has named Mike Hobgood as its new head football coach, according to various media reports including HighSchoolOT.com.      Hobgood has been serving as the head coach at South Granville. He will take over for Chad Smothers, who resigned to become the athletic director at Knightdale.
