- Friday Packet Pickup (2:00 p.m.—6:00 p.m.): The Friday packet pickup will be near the finish line.
- Saturday Packet Pickup – On Saturday, buses will come down Beeson Road and unload your teams at the concession stand between the two softball fields. DO NOT stop on Beeson Road to unload your bus near the starting area. Packet pickup for teams will be at the Green Tent on the right side of the concession stand. Coaches and athletes will not be allowed into the facility until wristbands are on.
- Saturday Individuals Packet Pickup—The individual qualifier packet pickup will be on the left side of Beeson Road. If you arrive in a bus or team van, please pick up the packet on the way in. If you arrive in a vehicle other than a school bus or team van, park in the grassy lot across the street. If your school had a team qualify for the other gender, your individual qualifiers will be with your team packet.
- After buses are unloaded, follow the instructions of the bus parking attendant on where to park your bus.
- Admission—Admission is $10.00. Spectators will park in the field along Shields Road, and the admission gate will be at the corner of Shields Road and Beeson Road. There is no charge for children 5 years old and younger.
- Team Tent Area – Team tents are to be set up in the outfield of the softball fields on the left and right as you enter the facility. Please stay off the infield. Also please secure your tents to the ground.
- Competitor Numbers: Your runners have been assigned a competitor bib number with a timing chip. Please place their competitor’s bib on the front of their uniform. When they cross the finish line, they will keep walking through the end of the chute.
- Please have your runners to the starting line 15 minutes before their race starts. Once the team’s uniforms have been checked, athletes can continue running, doing strides and warmups in the field at the start.
- Blocking is not allowed and will result in disqualification. Runners must not impede another runner when the other runner is attempting to pass. This has been occurring more and more at the finish of races. Know the rules and communicate them to your athletes. Officials will be watching for and enforcing this rule. Tell your athletes that they must run in a straight line to the finish or can only move over provided he/she is one full running stride, approximately 7 feet, in advance of the competitor whose path is crossed. Rule 5.9.1.
- Please tell parents and spectators to stay off the course during the race. The course is very well marked and roped off in all areas. Just make sure that spectators do not interfere in the cross-over area. Pacing is a rules violation.
- Let your athletes know that they cannot use the GPS function on watches. Using the GPS function will be grounds for disqualification.
- Make sure your athletes comply with the uniform rule.
