On this day in history in the NCHSAA, the announcement was made that AAA Carolinas joined the North Carolina High School Athletic as a presenting sponsor honoring high school athletes who achieve academic excellence. AAA will be the presenting sponsor of both the regional and the state basketball championships and also will be sponsoring the Association’s popular Scholar-Athlete program.
