            On this day in history in the NCHSAA, Emily Allen of Cornelius W.A. Hough won two individual events and swam anchor on two winning relay teams to lift Hough to the NCHSAA state 4-A women’s swimming and diving team championship at the Triangle Aquatics Center in Cary.
