Fisher Named To Ad Post At R.j. Reynolds

FISHER NAMED TO AD POST AT R.J. REYNOLDS

WINSTON-SALEM— Brad Fisher has been elevated to the position of athletic director at R.J. Reynolds High School, according to various media reports including the Winston-Salem Journal.

Fisher, who has served as assistant athletic director at R.J. Reynolds for the past two yaars and has been at the school for seven years, replaces veteran Jim Spivey, who has retired.

Fisher, 34, is a graduate of Guilford College, where he played football, and has a master’s degree from Appalachian State University. He has been a highly successful tennis coach at Reynolds, where his teams have won three consecutive North Carolina High School Athletic Association men’s dual team state championships.

Prior to heading to Winston-Salem, he coached at Forbush for three years, serving as an assistant football coach as well has head tennis coach.

He is a native of Herndon, Va.
