HICKORY—Hickory High School head women’s basketball coach Barbara Helms recently hit a coaching milestone.

 

            The school has reported that the win by the Red Tornadoes last week over Statesville gave Helms her 300th victory while leading the program at Hickory. In her 11 yearsthere, she has compiled a record of 300-29.

 

             She earned her 300th overall victory back during the 2012 season. Congratulations to Coach Helms on this milestone and to Hickory High for supplying this information.
