GREENSBORO— Joe Jones, veteran North Carolina High School Athletic Association wrestling official, recently achieved an amazing milestone at the recent NCHSAA state tournament at the Greensboro Coliseum.
Jones officiated in his 50th NCHSAA state championship tournament and was recognized during the event. He also has officiated football for an amazing 57 years.
The 75-year-old Guilford County resident was the subject of a great feature story by Ed Hardin in the Greensboro News and Record last week.
