NEW FOOTBALL COACH NAMED AT SOUTH MECKLENBURG
CHARLOTTE— Rocky White has been named as the new head football coach at South Mecklenburg, according to the Charlotte Observer.
White is a former West Mecklenburg coach who played at the University of North Carolina.
He will take over for James Martin, who resigned to take a position as an assistant coach at a school in South Carolina.
