SNOW HILL—According to multiple media reports, including in the Kinston Free Press, Greene Central High School will be looking for a new head football coach.

Ken Grantham is no longer the head coach at Greene Central after five years at the helm. He will currently remain on the faculty at the Lenoir County school.

Greene Central posted a 5-6 mark in 2011 but the Rams finished 1-9 this season, losing its last nine games in succession.

The school reported that a search for a new coach will begin immediately.
