GREATER TRIAD AREA, NC – The North Carolina High School Athletic Association (NCHSAA) is hosting the 2021 Individual State Wrestling Tournament at three locations in a single-day, single-elimination event. The 1A Championships were moved to Uwharrie Charter Academy. The 4A Championships were held at Glenn High School. The 2A Championships were contested at Wheatmore High School in Trinity. The 3A Championships were held at Eastern Guilford High School in Gibsonville.
