The North Carolina Coaches Association has announced the rosters for the North Carolina teams that will compete later this month against their counterparts from South Carolina.

    The Carolinas All-Star Basketball Classic is scheduled for March 22 at Myrtle Beach High School in Myrtle Beach, S.C.

    North Carolina’s women’s all-star squad will be coached by Darlene Joyner of Northwest Guilford and Tracie Taylor of Fayetteville Seventy-First. Members of the team will include Akela Branch of Albemarle, Shaylen Burnett of Southern Alamance, Rachel Camp of East Rutherford, Jamie Cherry of West Craven, Ace Easter of Bandys, Jazmine Jones and Jessica Jones of West Forsyth, Paris Kea of Greensboro Page, Kiara Leslie of Holly Springs and Cameron Nieters of Bishop McGuinness.

    Mike Absher of Davie County and Steve Robinson of Wallace-Rose Hill will coach the North Carolina men’s team.  The squad consists of Connor Burchfield of Concord, Aaron Carver of Elizabeth City Northeastern, Gary Clark of Clayton, Ricky Council of Northern Durham, Gabe DeVoe of Shelby, John Emezie of Marvin Ridge, Kedrick Flomo of North Forsyth, Jeremy Harris of Greensboro Page, C.J. Jackson of Charlotte Olympic, and Michael Williams of Pikeville Charles B. Aycock.
