Southeast Guilford Names New Volleyball Coach

Southeast Guilford High School has named Kelsey Lamanna as its new women’s volleyball head coach, according to a press release from the school.

Lamanna has worked with the Lady Falcon volleyball program since 2010 as the head junior varsity coach and varsity assistant.

In her own volleyball career, she was a two-time all-conference player as well as a member of the 2004 state runner up team at Cedar Ridge High School in Hillsborough.  She has played in adult leagues off and on since graduating from college in 2010.

Lamanna said, “I am excited to be working with the girls for another season and hope to see our successes continue to grow as we grow as a team and a program.”

She is currently a biology teacher at Southeast Guilford.
