WAYNESVILLE—Carol Fox has been named as the new athletic director at Tuscola High School, according to a report in the Asheville Citizen-Times.

         Fox will take over for Rodney Mashburn, who has accepted a position as principal at Central Haywood High School. Fox has been serving as an assistant principal at Tuscola.

         The new athletic director was a three-sport athlete at Madison High School, playing volleyball, basketball and softball.  She graduated from college at Montreat.
