The NCHSAA 4-A men's regional semifinal basketball game between West Charlotte High School and Page High School has been postponed. The game has been rescheduled for Friday, 5:30 p.m. at the Greensboro Coliseum Special Events Center. 

As of 7:15 pm on Thursday, the NCHSAA 2-A men's regional semifinal between East Rutherford and North Rowan has been postponed due to inclement weather and rescheduled for Friday at 5:30 p.m. at Fleming Gymnasium on the campus of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
